Thankful for Boy Time

Have you ever felt out-numbered?

6 ladies. 2 boys.

That is my house right now.

Being a girl dad is awesome.

Love it. Wouldn’t change it for the world.

But I also love how naturally I connect with my son.

And how early it started!

I remember when he was 1. My wife saying “I just don’t get it.”

And his behavior making perfect sense to me.

He wants to build a ramp!

He’s trying to figure out how it works!

He has too much energy!

Whether we’re burning off extra energy by moving stumps…

Wrestling and fighting.

Working out.

Playing baseball.

Or traveling.

I am thankful for boy time.

It’s always special to me.

And as he grows… I hope it remains special for him!
